Our treatment team consist of Provisionally Registered Psychologists. All staff have completed a minimum of 4 years study in Psychology. Their practice is fully supervised by a Senior Psychologist/ Supervisor.


Aneka Srinivasan – Provisional Psychologist

Aneka (she/her) fosters an empathetic and open approach. She believes in working in a client-centred way, including working in collaboration with individuals to achieve their therapy goals and potential. Aneka ensures clients are listened to and provides a safe space where they can work through their limiting beliefs. Aneka’s therapy modality interests lie with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Humanistic approaches and Solution Focused Therapy. 

Tristan Lyon – Provisional Psychologist

Tristan is a warm spirited and affable individual who values an acceptance and mindfulness-based philosophy in his therapy.
Tristan is experienced in aiding children with developmental disabilities and adopts a stance of compassion, patience, and empathy when working with his clients.
He is passionate about assisting individuals who seek to cope with mood or anxiety disorders and psychotic disorders.
His professional philosophy centres around building a strong therapeutic relationship with his clients to guide them towards healthier strategies to live a fulfilling and balanced life.

Vanessa Challinor – Provisional Psychologist

Vanessa (she/her pronouns) has an open minded, empathic, and warm approach. She has a passion for working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals.
Vanessa has worked with clients across all ages in forensic, community and mental health settings.
She has experience with clients from diverse backgrounds with complex needs.

 Daniella Kocic – Provisional Psychologist

Danie has experience in working with individuals across a range of age groups and treatment settings. Her warm and collaborative approach to therapy gives clients the opportunity to gently explore their own narrative, so that they feel listened to and become more aware of their own thinking and behaviour patterns. Her work is evidence-based, client-centred, and guided by the core values of care and kindness.


  Katy Dib – Managing Director / Supervisor

Katy has been a registered Psychologist and Supervisor since 2007. She is a founder and Managing Director of Melbourne Affordable Psychology.
